     This section is dedicated to the Motofil company,  because Motofil and all the great colegues inside that help me to increase my knowledge in the Fanuc Robots (and others), was an important step in my carrear, so i consider important to thanks Motofil for all suport and i will use this section to reveal some of the machines types, that Motofil does. Most of them I already configured, programmed, or repair. I hope you will like just a sample of Motofil world...

Monobloc Positioners

All components are integrated into a compact and highly stable structure, designed for easy relocation inside the plant.
The two servo controlled axes provide the operator with a more ergonomic position to load and unload parts.
Suited for the simultaneous production of entirely distinct products, allowing for differentiated logistics and reduction of additional costs.
Guaranteed reduction of cycle strokes which leads to higher levels of production.
In the case of a possible relocation due to new layout requirements, this product can easily be relocated, only requiring that the levelling be checked.
With 1, 2, or 3 fixed robots or with 1 or 2 robots mounted on a track

H Type Positioner/Table

Up to 3 fixed robots can be used to weld (or other process) parts inside the machine, the H table equiped whit 3 or 5 axis will rotate the part in 1 or 2 directions (for best welding quality) and the last axis rotate the parts to the operater  (unload and load sequence)

Ferris Wheel Positioner

Welded construction, with three rotation axes: one ±180° horizontal axis with a pneumatic bolt and two horizontal servo controlled axes.
The servo controlled axes provide the operator with a more ergonomic position to load and unload the parts.
Especially designed for high speed production of medium / large workpieces of any type.
High level of productivity and profitability given that the servo controlled axes can be entirely synchronized with the robot’s movements, guaranteeing the highest quality and a considerable increase in welding speed.

Suited for sites with space constraints.

Fixed/Rotative Column

One or two colums mouted in a track, gives this machine type great working area. Each colum have 3 axis do move in 3 directions and one more can be mounted to rotate the colum to the other working table (1 more axis to rotate the part). Working area 60m x 3m x 3m gives this machines 540 m3 of working area for each table sides, huge parts huge solutions...

Welding Gantry

Similar to the Colum machines but the robot runs a fixed rail/track, that can hold 1 or 2 robots in 90 or 180 degrees, both tables are aligned and the operator load/unload the part while the robots weld on the other table

Spot Welding Cells

Spot welding is a tecnology that weld parts together by heating both parts to the melting temperature in just one small spot. This tecnology demand a bigger robot to handle the heavy spot welding guns, for these reasons normaly the robots are mounted at 0 degrees in a H table or in a track whit 2 rotating tables. Its possible as well to change the welding gun automatically inside the same program/part to reach diferent positions. A diferent cell can be made whit fixed welding press/gun and the robot takes the part to it.

Flexible Bending

Flexible bending robotised cell for pieces under 7m with two press bending machines in ligne.

For cycle time, quality, repeatability and even safety some parts can't be done by hand. With 1 or 2 robots they will do it for you easily even 24/7.

Robots uses suction cups to hold the part, and a fixed table to center the robot in the midle of the part, can be configured to have an input palet and an output palet

Palletizing Solutions

Big robots big weights, this robots are specific builded for this porpouse and they have less axis and more carring capacity to work paralel to the mounted position, can have a pneumatic or hydraulic gripper depending how much force is needed. Some Fanuc robots can load up to 1300kg. How heavy is your part?

Multi Process Handling Cells

Multi process cells deliver many configuration types, but the main porpose its to the robot pick the tool whit the part and go weld, glue, mark, rivet or another type of process its added do the part, whithout the need of 1 machine to each process, and you can change the parts as you need simply change the tool and reprogram that model.

This are some of the most common robotic machines that Motofil make and its just the "edge of the iceberg".
